The coastal cluster GP locality stretches from Carnon Downs over to St Agnes on the north coast.
The Falmouth and Penryn GP Locality includes the four GP practices in the towns.
The east Cornwall GP locality stretches from the Rame Peninsula to west of Looe and from Saltash up to Launceston.
The Mid Cornwall GP locality covers the Roseland over to Lostwithiel, encompassing St Austell and up to the Clays, Newquay and Padstow.
The north Cornwall GP locality stretches from Bodmin to Port Isaac and up to Bude.
The north Kerrier locality includes Redruth, Pool and Camborne, surrounding areas and extends to Praze-an-Beeble.
The Penwith GP locality stretches from St Ives on the North Coast to Marazion on the South Coast.
The Truro GP locality covers Truro, some rural outlying settlements and Perranporth
The south Kerrier GP locality stretches from St Keverne and Mullion over to Helston and over to the Isles of Scilly.
